Felix  grew up in New York City in Spanish Harlem . These streets were

very influential in  his interest  in art and fashion. Felix’s mother ran a textile factory where Felix  first was introduced to fabrics from all over the world. Years of art  and working at the textile plant played a major role when Felix started skateboarding.

1986 Shut skateboards was a small urban brand , Felix was able to design boards and Tee shirts in hopes of building a label which could compete with the industry giants. Clever designs which encompassed that raw New

York  style made Shut Skateboards a phenom over night. Years later Shut Skateboard would grow to become The Zoo York Brand.

1989 Felix  was one of the founding riders of World Industries  skateboards. This was Felix’s first taste of what the industry was all about. Edgy graphics and humorous ads set World Industries  apart from every other label.

1990 Felix was  one of the founding riders of Planet Earth Products and was able to design his first pro model skateboard, tee shirt, wheel, and hat that were sold all over the world.

In 1993 because of Felix’s creative skill on and off his board he was asked to come  out west to continue building  the Planet Earth label designing and marketing the brand.

In 1994 Felix started Rhythm , a clothing and skateboard brand which raised the bar all Action Sports labels needed to meet.  Premium

outerwear , denim,  advertisements and  the  production of  the Genesis  skateboard video made everyone race to improve quality, design, and video production. The Cargo convertor pant Felix designed was the most sold pant in Action Sports history , it was later duplicate by the Tommy Hilfiger brand, Echo Unltd. and just about every other street wear brand.

In 1995 Felix was one of the co founders of Adio Footwear. Felix contributions in marketing, and design at Adio Footwear help  land some of the biggest  endorsers. Felix was able to design Adio shoes and apparel for Tony Hawk , Bam Magera and the rest of the world to wear. Adio is now a top footwear brand.

In 1997 Felix was approached by Converse Footwear to endorse the brand and assist in creating an Action Sports program. Felix designed his first signature shoe at Converse which sold all over the world . The Converse skate program was the most successful division Converse had.  Felix oversaw all skateboarding footwear and they maintained 3 styles in the top 20 for the duration of the program.

In 2000 Felix moved from San Diego to Los Angeles  and has continued to design for the labels he helped create . Now in Los Angeles Felix has been able to work with a more mainstream clientele in the  fashion,

music and entertainment world.

In 2005 Felix beat out approximately 15,000 designers to showcase his skills on  The Cut, Tommy Hilfiger design show on C. B.S. On the show Felix was able to work with Tommy Hilfiger, Karl Largerfeld, Russel

Simmons, Funk Master Flex,  and Fabolous. Felix ‘s work was quoted as  Extremely creative” Russel Simmons, ”beautiful imaging” Karl Largerfeld and “Hot” by Funk Flex and Fabolous on the show.

20 years designing  in various  fields have proved to make one of the most eclectic brand and client list ever. Ammo Usa, Famous Stars and Straps, Adio, Levis, Converse, K2, Fox Sports, Tommy Hilfiger,Travis

Barker, Tony Hawk, Gwen Stephanie, Jessica Simpson, Justin Timberlake , L.A.X. nightclub , just begin to scratch the surface...
